Too many students need urgent help in school. But getting significant help to students has historically been expensive, and it's hard to scale up to thousands of students – that is, until now.

Why is an AI math tutor so helpful?
Online education platforms had traditionally struggled to help weaker students. That's because pre-AI education platforms depended on students to make the decision on what to learn. For math, that means students had to decide what videos to watch and what exercises to do. But for weaker students, many of whom have been struggling for many years, they wouldn't know how to get started.
Tupai, on the other hand, guides students every step of the way. A student could tell Tupai, “I don't know what to do.” Tupai would then recommend a skill-appropriate topic based on what is known of the student.
