We’re sorry to see you go, but if you’d like to delete your Tupai account, we’ll make it simple.

To request deletion of your Tupai account and associated data, send us an email:

Please include:

  • The name on your Tupai account
  • The email address or phone number registered to your account
  • (Optional) Any feedback on why you’re leaving, it helps us improve

You don’t need to be logged in or have the app installed to make this request.

  • We’ll send you a confirmation email within 5 business days acknowledging your request.
  • Your account and personal data deletion will be processed within 30 days of confirmation.
  • You’ll receive a final email once the deletion is complete.

Once your request is processed, we permanently delete:

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • Your saved progress, submissions, and in-app activity
  • Any content you’ve created or uploaded through the app

We retain a limited set of data only where we have a legitimate reason to:

  • Billing/transaction records — kept for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
  • Practice/Exam records — kept for 3 years where required by sponsoring stakeholders such as Foundation, if applicable.
  • Security and fraud-prevention logs — kept briefly to protect against abuse.

Anything not listed above is deleted in full; nothing is merely deactivated or hidden.

If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription — billing continues until you cancel it separately through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
