Who is Tupai for?

Tupai is built for secondary school students, including those gearing up for big exams like SPM and IGCSE. (Primary school support is coming soon!)

What kind of subjects does Tupai cover?

Right now, Tupai’s specialty is Math — covering the Malaysian KSSM syllabus and the International IGCSE syllabus. More subjects will join the party soon.

Is Tupai like an online tutor class?

Not quite. Tupai isn’t a live class, it’s a flexible learning tool students can use anytime to practise, revise, and understand math better. But don’t worry, all our questions are created and checked by certified teachers, so the quality is as real as it gets.

Does Tupai provide practice papers or past exam questions?

Yes! Tupai offers a range of trial and past-year exam questions. Students can pick the paper they want to try, get instant marking, and read step-by-step explanations.

Is Tupai available in languages other than English?

Yes! Tupai is currently available in English and Bahasa Melayu. But between us… Tupai can understand and chat in a bunch of other languages too, they’re just not officially supported yet.

How can parents use Tupai?

Parents can link their child’s account to view their learning dashboard. You’ll be able to see which topics they struggle with, how often they practice, and how they’re improving over time.

Is Tupai safe for children?

Yes. We take privacy and safety seriously. Tupai only collects what’s necessary to run the app, and all learning interactions are designed to be safe, child-friendly, and educational.

Can teachers use Tupai in the classroom?

Absolutely! Teachers can use Tupai for practice, revision, or to spot students who need extra support. We also offer school partnership options for group access.

Is Tupai free to use?

Tupai has a free version with limited access. If you want the full buffet (unlimited questions, all exam papers), you can upgrade to our Pro plan.

How do I subscribe or upgrade my account?

You can upgrade anytime through the Subscription page in your account. Payments are secure and can be made using debit or credit card.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You’ll still have access until the end of your current billing cycle.
